Today was a day of sugar happiness. Brandy came over to play and we tested out blowing sugar with a copper pipe - it was fun and educational! It's late and I am tired, I will leave you with some photos of the progress with the cake and wish you sweet dreams.
At one point I flicked the spoon as I was swirling the sugar and a tiny droplet of sugar rolled off into a perfect itty bitty ball. it was like a little jewel. uhm... it was cool :) sugar makes for pretty shiny things. i'm a sucker for shiny things.
